A non- refundable £50 deposit will be needed to book the party, however dates can be changed if your party cant go ahead for unplanned circumstances.

The deposit will also act as a damage deposit against equipment. We do stress we do not want to have to keep anybody’s deposit, we would rather you take care of our equipment whilst in your care. In the past damage deposits were not taken and it proved costs to replace things were becoming unacceptable, and we had to put this rule into place. The £50 will be refunded back into your account within 24 -48 hours once the equipment has been unpacked and checked and cleaned.

The balance of the party is to paid one week before the party.

Once we have received the deposit we will send confirmation with booking details.

 

Hire User Regulations & Booking Form

It is the responsibility of the person hiring the equipment to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to avoid injury or cause damage to the equipment.

Please ensure that the following safety and policy instructions are followed and agreed to, and tick to agree at the bottom.

Measurements of the tee pees are 120×140, Junior memory foam mattresses are 70 x160. Adult size airbeds are 195  x 78. Measurements of the teepees and mattresses must be calculated before and furniture cleared before we arrive. If the set up is above ground floor level assistance will be required to help carry everything upstairs.

All equipment and accessories MUST be kept in the room it was set up into. We realise that this is unintentional as children get attached to some of the accessories. However when we have really busy days we don’t unfortunately have the time to wait until items are found in other areas of the house. Also we don’t have the means to call back and collect the missing item at a later date due to time and travel costs. However items can be posted back to us, or deducted from the security deposit.

We don’t provide pillows because of hygiene reasons. We provide decorative pillows that are not designed to sleep on due to embellishments, sequins, and other added decorations. Although these pillows are sprayed with antibacterial after ever use, they are not designed for machine wash each party. Please can you ask your guests to provide their own sleeping pillows.

If we arrive at a party and there is a strong smell of illegal substances, our equipment will not be left. We will, however, set the party up at another smoke-free, local address ( if we have time on the day).

When we arrive in a van, please make sure there is room on the drive or outside the house as we have a lot of equipment and stock to transport into homes. This also helps keep the equipment dry.

A responsible adult must supervise the equipment at all times. Between us we need to put children’s safety as a priority. Children do become rather excited and jumping high on the beds, this DOES result in falling into the teepees and poles snapping, which can be hazardous.  If a pole does get broken by misuse, the full tee pee will be charges for, as we are unable to source a replacement pole as the CE (UK)as sold,  will be out of safety warrant and insurance will be void. Your understanding is appreciated with the risks.

We also ask that only dry food to be eaten in the beds. No nail polish, slime, permanent markers, glue, staining cordials, hot chocolate, or any other staining substances. Or any sharp objects are away from the setups. Any damage to the equipment caused by misuse, neglect or loss or follow to fail these instructions, shall deem the hirer liable for full replacement. Also, can we kindly ask that floors are free of dust, pet hairs, and sharp objects before we arrive.

Cancellations can be made 14 days prior to the scheduled party, for any reason. Although the deposit is non-refundable, it may be applied towards the cost of another party if held within with 90 days of the original party date.
